We are seeking to create a history of sweet sorghum syrup production and we need your help. Your contributions will be used to create a scholarly record that will be published and made available to the public. We fully appreciate that each sorghum syrup maker has a unique view of history and sorghum syrup making. Oh, I am a Cornell Food Science professor but also producing sorghum syrup, Empire Syrups.
