Bailiffs will announce the case, introduce judges and the teams for each side. There will be a script. Timekeepers will be in charge of keeping track of the timing for each competitor as well as let competitors & judges know how much time is left via hand cues and when time expires for each argument. Tech Administrators will need to report to Campbell in person to help set up the rooms, as well as greet judges when they get to the rooms. Essentially, they are there to help aid in transition and to ensure everyone is where they need to be.

In an effort to have as many volunteers participating in the competition as possible, you may not be assigned all the times you signed up for. Once all volunteer forms have been turned in, we will send an email with each person's job & rounds that they have been assigned to. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes earlier than the time listed, to ensure everyone is ready to begin by the times listed below.
