This allows us to get to know each other a little bit more since we will be working together so closely. It also allows me to share more about the coaching process, or refer you elsewhere if we aren't a good fit.
I offer a 12 week coaching package because I know that it takes at least three months to make noticeable progress toward your goals. After that, you have the option to renew monthly for for another 12 weeks.
Please note that you can sign up for fitness-only coaching or fitness + nutrition coaching. We will discuss this on the call.
My coaching package includes:
- 3 months of fully customized workout plans - built around your goals, preferences, prior training experience, injury history and access to equipment - so you can get stronger, move better and feel amazing in your body
- Video demonstrations of all exercises, so you never feel confused on what to do
- A free app you can use to track your workouts and your progress wherever you go
- 1 (60-minute) initial phone call so we can dive deep and create a plan for the next three months
- 5 (30-minute) biweekly phone calls (fitness + nutrition clients only) where we discuss your wins and challenges and strategize for the next two weeks
- Weekly check ins via text or email so I can hold you accountable and help you with whatever you need
- Unlimited support via text or voice message - including video form checks - so I can answer any questions for you in realtime
- Access to all of my fitness and nutrition content so you learn and eventually become autonomous
