This form is the first step towards your potential reservation. After your form is reviewed, if we can move forward with rental, you will receive an email with a link to a form to complete with your payment. Reservation is not finalized and held until the form with payment is complete. If your request is denied, you will receive an email with the decision.

GENERAL USE GUIDELINES
  • WCC campus cannot be used for events where a fee is collected or money is exchanged
  • Rentals are for one-time usage only, not recurring events
  • Auditorium and main lobby are not available for rental
  • Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance
  • Weddings may be requested in the office for active WCC members and immediate family
  • It may take up to 1 week to process requests; you will be contacted by email
  • Do not borrow tables/chairs/equipment from another room unless authorized by staff
  • WCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason, such as a double-booking, funeral, or unforeseen event; this is rare but possible
Requests are subject to calendar availability and may be denied for any reason

Pavilion General Availability
Mon-Fri: 4pm-10pm
Saturday: 8am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

PAVILION ONLY - Additional Information & Options 
(if not requesting pavilion, skip this section)
BALLFIELD - The Pavilion is adjacent to a ballfield and teams may be practicing during your event; you may request to block off the ballfield for large formal events like weddings, but this needs to be confirmed with the WCC office at least 2 months before your event.
CLEANUP - Pick up any debris in the pavilion and take out trash. Extra trash bags should be in the trash cans. Dumpster is located on the opposite side of the building.
SETUP - If you requested additional chairs/tables, you will be responsible to set them up and return chairs to cart at end of event.
