The purpose of the groups is to share wisdom, learn from each other, exchange ideas, and process experiences of ministry during the pandemic. These groups are not spiritual direction, therapy, and coaching groups. Groups will be facilitated by experienced LeaderWise staff. Groups will meet for eight sessions either weekly, every other week, or monthly.

Participants are encouraged to bring challenges they are experiencing in order to get input from the group and facilitators. Discussion topics will also be provided by the facilitators and may include isolation, loneliness, financial concerns, technology disparities among parishioners and congregations, pastoral care, in-person worship, working while your children are learning at home, transitions into and out of calls/settings/appointments, addressing conflict, expanding your capacity to minister, and re-imagining ministry.

The groups will begin as soon as four participants are registered. No more than six participants will be in each group. Groups can begin as early as Sept 21. Each session will last 90 minutes and be conducted via Zoom.
