Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition Listening Tour participant registration

The Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC) is a statewide organization that advocates for the rights of people with all types of disabilities; our advocacy focuses primarily on state government programs, laws, and policies.

We’re visiting towns and cities throughout Colorado right now to conduct a Listening Tour. We want to hear from people with disabilities and/or Medicaid users about challenges they experience in our systems, particularly Medicaid, to help inform our advocacy work. If you have a disability of any kind and/or use Medicaid, please complete this form to register to join us in person for a lively, productive conversation!

Please note that the registration process below is for Listening Tour sessions happening in person!!
To participate in an online session via Zoom, the registration process differs slightly. To join the session on September 21st from 5-7pm, please register by clicking here.
