Are you interested in learning how to use that weird machine at your gym....the erg? Or are you looking to fulfill that New Year's resolution to be more active? Maybe, you were on the water with us and want to continue rowing over winter. Whatever your motivation, our indoor erg class is a great way to fulfill your needs!
We will combine erging technique with workouts, as well as some light lifting and core training to build your strength.
