IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RULES (Please Read Thoroughly):
**NO FOOD VENDORS** There will be no food or beverages available for purchase at this event, so be sure to bring your own refreshments.  

TIMES: Will NOT be assigned.  Your team may arrive shortly prior to the time you would like to go out, and be sure to check in at the Starting location.  The first team will go out at 8:00am, and the last team at 1:00pm.    

STABLING: Limited stabling available
 
PACES:
  • Fences (Jump Everything): First Flight
  • Pick & Choose (Jump What You Want): First Flight
  • Flat (WTC, No Jumps): Second Flight
  • Leaf Peepers (WT Only): Hilltoppers

AWARDS: Ribbons for 1st - 6th.  Prizes for first place in each pace, best costume, and best matched team.

ENTRY FEE: $60 Per Rider.

PAYMENT: Venmo, Paypal, cash and checks accepted. 
$60 per rider through 8pm on October 22nd. 
After/day of $65. No Refunds.

COGGINS: Current negative Coggins must be e-mailed to events@appleknoll.com prior to arrival at Apple Knoll Farm.  Please send ALL team member's Coggins together in ONE email and include the team name in the email subject line.

RULES:
  • Apple Knoll Farm reserves the right to decline any entry for any reason.
  • Please complete only ONE entry form per team.
  • All team member's Coggins must be sent in ONE single email.
  • Up to 5 riders per team.
  • Riders under 14 must ride with an adult.  
  • ALL areas of the farm, except the marked Hunter Pace trails, are restricted.
  • Dogs MUST be on leash and non-disruptive.
  • Certified helmet with attached chinstrap required when mounted.
  • Show will run regardless of weather.

Payment Method (**Payment due upon submitting entry: $60 per rider.  $10 Late fee may apply after 24 hours of non-payment after submitting entry.  $60 until 8PM on 10/22. After/Day of $65. **No Refunds, No exceptions.**)

A 5% surcharge is required for all Venmo & PayPal transactions.

Please note that payment is for "11/5 Hunter Pace" & Include the Team Name in the notes section for Venmo and PayPal transactions, and in the Memo section on checks.
