2024 Kent County Post Secondary Resources Fair Participant Registration Form 
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Kent County Post Secondary Resources Fair (previously called the Transition Fair), which will be held on March 19th from 4 PM to 6 PM.  The event will be in person at Postlethwait Middle School (Caesar Rodney School District) for any students with IEPs or 504s, ages 13-22, and their family members.  This event will have speakers and opportunities for the students and their families to meet with vendors of various organizations involved with education & training, employment, health & wellness, and independent living.  Please complete the registration below to be eligible for the FREE raffle which will have great items like a 65 inch tv, gift cards, gift baskets, and more!
