The purpose of this questionnaire is twofold: first, to help you take stock of your soulwork (inner work) up to this point; and second, to give me some idea of your background so I can give you a recommendation as to whether AMSI may be beneficial for you at this time, or whether another kind of session (such as soulwork coaching or Soul Diving) might serve you better.

I feel I've plateaued and don't know where to go from here.
