This form is intended for students wishing to enroll in the Honors Tutorial HONR 490-080 (Thursdays from 3:55 - 6:00 PM) only. The minimum GPA to enroll in this capstone courses is a 3.40. Priority is given to students who are declared Honors Degree Candidates and who are requesting to take the course in one of their last 2 semesters. Students graduating immediately following their enrollment in the course, who do not have another HD capstone option, will be enrolled first.

Note: Submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment in the course. Please do not contact the individual faculty member to enroll in HONR 490. All registration for this course must be done through the Honors Program.
