This is a CANTER ONLY National Ranking Competition. Horses must be adequately trained to be permitted.

NO DOGS.
NO ALCOHOL near the track.

Thursday practice is MANDATORY for both Competitors and horses.
You will not compete if you do not attend scheduled practice and mandatory competitor meeting on Thursday. Demonstration of a minimum of 1 run shooting at the canter on the straight track and Hunt course is required to ensure each horse/rider combo is safe to compete.

Base Competitor Entry Fees will be $325 per person. Competitors will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the facility.

TNVA is not responsible for Third Party Horse Rental/Sharing. If you are willing to share your horse or bring an additional horse, please mark below and we will have those needing one contact you. It is the responsibility of EACH competitor to arrange and ensure that they have a horse to ride if not bringing their own. IF we have a suitable horse available at TNVA, there will be a $50/day horse rental fee added. *

Stall or Outdoor Pen $20/Night. Based on availability. Stalls will come bedded. Additional shavings will be available for purchase. Square bales of local mixed grass hay will also be available for purchase. please check all that apply.

I understand that I will have to pay a $100Deposit to reserve my spot. My remaining $225 balance will be due by May 15th. Additional fees and charges may be paid and are due upon arrival. Failure to pay your balance by May 15th may result in forfeiting your spot. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Payments can be sent via Venmo to @tnvalleyarchery  or PayPal to tnvalleyarchery@gmail.com Please send as Friends and Family or add a 3.5% fee to your payment. You will be billed for any unpaid fees. *
