This form allows you to order the tent and floors needed for your booth during the event.

*** CAUTION ***
- All prices are packages including the coordination and installation of your marquee. It is not possible to only order a floor. You must select the tent corresponding to the floor format.
- If you have already been invoiced for the tent and floor you want, it is not necessary to complete this order form.
- The entire invoice must be paid 10 days after receipt of the invoice.
*** CONDITIONS ***
- Following receipt of the order form and to guarantee installation, a map of your location will be sent to you by email. This must be completed, signed and returned before Friday, July 5. Failing to comply, our supplier will install your tent in the center of your location. A NEW location plan must be provided to us every year! If a tent is requested to be moved, an additional fee of $200.00 will apply to the exhibitor.
- For any special needs, only authorized Expo-Champs suppliers will be able to come on site.
- Any order sent after Friday, July 5 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED by Expo-Champs. After this date, you will need to contact one of our authorized tent suppliers directly (see contact details in the Exhibitor Manual).
- A limited quantity of tents and floors are available. The allocation of sizes will be established in order of reservation priority.
- Any damage to the rented property is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Therefore, repair or replacement costs will be assumed by the exhibitor in the event of damage.
- The exhibitor must have vacated the space under the rented tent on Thursday August 29, 2024 before 6 p.m. If the exhibitor plans to have material still placed under their tent after 6 p.m., please contact Camille Desmarais (514-702-8743) to inform us.

Terms of cancelation
In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, an amount of 50% of this reservation will be required.
In case of cancellation less than 2 days before the event, an amount of 100% of this reservation will be required.
