2022-2023 Violin Class Sign Up
Parents, please complete this form to add your child to my class.  We will meet one day each week during your child's enhancement time.  (They will miss their regular enhancement for that day each week.)

Just a quick note:  Parents are responsible for acquiring a violin.  Please don't spend over $100.  Ask around among friends and family for one that's not being used!  I will tune and make small repairs on violins at no cost.  Classes will begin in mid-September.  I will send home a note with students with an exact date, time, and classroom location for the first class.  Please email with questions!  anntart@johnston.k12.nc.us   Looking forward to seeing you soon!  Enter any comments below.  Take care.
