Impact & Grow: A Leadership Lab by I.G. Advisors

Join us in I.G.’s immersive Leadership Lab. Over the course of six weeks, we’ll support you to experiment, test and level up your practical leadership skills, as well as your personal motivation and brand. At the end of the experience, you’ll walk away with:

  • The Motivational Stuff: An articulation of your unique professional strengths and superpowers, and a Theory of Change for your career that you (actually) find motivating.

  • The Practical Stuff: Expert training in line management, financial literacy, strategic decision-making, and time management, as well as personalised coaching on a specific organisational or business challenge. 

  • The Fun Stuff: A LinkedIn bio & headshot you can be proud of and that’s a match to your highest potential.

Who Should Apply
This programme is for you if you work in an impact-centred or beyond-profit role and at least one of the below statements apply:

  • I line manage others within my organisation

  • I've recently been promoted, or started a new job at a higher seniority level

  • I want guidance to think about my dream career

  • I want to gain practical management, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills

  • I want to level up my personal and professional brand

  • I want to hack a burning challenge for my organisation

How to Apply
This form should take no longer than 10 mins to complete and will help us understand what you're hoping to get out of the Lab, how we can support you to level up your leadership, and whether this programme is the right fit for your needs. Please submit your application by Friday 10th May.

A Bit of Logistics
Location: This is a virtual and global programme. All Leadership Lab sessions will take place online.
Format: In a typical week, you will take part in: 1x virtual Lab session, 1x action learning set to hack your burning organisational challenges (most weeks) and 1x homework activity. 
Time Commitment: To make the most of this programme, we recommend setting aside 4 hours/week over the course of 6 weeks.

Cost: £1,500 GBP (or £1,200 GBP if you're a current or previous I.G. client).
Payment: Your place on the Leadership Lab must be paid for in full before the programme start date (20 May).
