Registration Process : Conquest 2022-2023

(i) Fill-in all applicable and required fields in the online form
(ii) If a required field (*) is not applicable, enter "N/A"
(iii) Submit the form after completion - submission will considered as electronic signature
(iv) You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a pdf file (your responses) as an attachment - the PDF take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.

(v) You may print the completed PDF registration form or save it in electronic form for your records.

Fees:
1. Registration fees - $220.00 per child for the 2023-2024 year @ St. Peter Catholic Elementary School.
2. Fees for any future planned events when appropriate will be charged separately.
3. Fee structure and payment options outlined in section 4 including discounts when registering more than 1 child.

Note : All participants are requested to observe Halton Catholic District Board and Ontario Provincial Health Protocols.
