*Please read the following carefully*

- All custom kits ordered for a party must be the same theme (5 kit order minimum)
- You can choose to customize your kits, but they must all be the same theme. Please let me know the party

- Each kit includes individually heat sealed cookies, royal icing, assorted sprinkles, DIY Kit Instructions
- Cookies will remain fresh in their heat sealed bag for up to 3 weeks
- This is an inquiry form only and accepted orders are based on availability
- Crazy Confection's kitchen is not allergen free. If there is a food sensitivity/allergy please indicate so at the end of your form. This will be discussed further after form is received.
