Baraboo Strength + Conditioning Registration
The Baraboo Summer Strength and Conditioning program is designed for all athletes to improve their strength, speed, agility, power, flexibility , and balance. The class is not established to be sport specific. Instead, progressive strength, speed, and agility will be stressed to help prepare athletes for all sports - or to improve the physical skills of any student. The instructors will reinforce proper the proper technique in a motivating environment to enhance the experience of each athlete.
Sessions are conducted Monday -Thursday from June 19th to July 20th.
