Current rental rates for the ballroom are $500 non-refundable payment with an additional $200 refundable deposit as long as the facility is left in proper condition. *
No alcohol is allowed at or during the rental of Crystal Lake Recreation facility ballroom *
Only the ballroom can be rented and held for a private event.  The other amenities available at the Crystal Lake Recreation facility are for residents and their guests only.  Those amenities cannot be reserved and access cannot be prevented to other homeowners. *
The ballroom capacity is 225. *
Cooking facilities are not available as part of the ballroom rental. Food must be catered in or bought in to the event.  There is a microwave and fridge available during the event.
Clear selection
Renting of the Crystal Lake Recreation facility ballroom at 4791 NW 18th Ave is available to only residents of Phase 1 or Phase 2 of Crystal Lake Golf Villas.  The homeowner must be present at the event the whole time. *
