Anthroposphere Director Application: Hilary 2020
Anthroposphere: The Oxford Climate Review (https://www.anthroposphere.co.uk/), is seeking applications for Art Directors and Design Directors for Hilary Term 2020.

The Art Director is responsible for overseeing and guiding the visuals of Anthroposphere. Their main tasks include:
- Working closely with the editors to determine the structure, style and layout of both the printed magazine and online content
- Contributing to the recruitment and decision-making process for artists and designers
- Assisting with the management of the team of contributing artists and designers
- Assigning and developing illustrations, infographics and other visual content for the magazine

The Design Director is responsible for overseeing the lay-in and design of Anthroposphere's upcoming issue. Their main tasks include:
- Using InDesign to lay-in magazine content, art, and articles
- Overseeing and updating Anthroposphere's website layout
- Working closely with the editors to determine the structure, style and layout of both the printed magazine and online content
- Contributing to the recruitment and decision-making process for artists and designers
