Permission to Add Form
This form is for permission to add journalism or IMC courses ONLY.  It is required if you are seeking permission to add a course after the 10th day of classes in the Fall or Spring semester. A separate form will need to be completed for each requested course addition. If you have registered for a course that conflicts with a course you are wanting to add, you must drop the conflicting course before the addition can be processed.  PLEASE NOTE:  You are required to obtain written permission from the instructor of the course and to upload a copy of the documentation to this form.  However, written consent from the instructor does not guarantee that you will be added to a course if the capacity of the room has been reached or other academic factors considered.
