Sacred Heart STREAM Summer Camp Registration 2024

Registration is $150 for whole-day camp and $75 for half-day camp. Registration is open to all.

No refunds will be issued as supplies will be purchased for all camps based on registrations.*
Space is limited to 14 Students per camp and spots will only be guaranteed once payment is received.
All Day Camps run from 8-3 Monday through Thursday, and Half Day Camps run from 7:30-11:30 OR 12-4pm (drop off begins 15 minutes before each camp).
Payment should be made to Sacred Heart. The fee for full-day camp includes before/after camp care and Friday if needed. Half-day campers will have an additional fee of $50 for before/after camp care and Friday (if needed).

Waivers *

I understand that, for All-Day Camps, drop off begins at 7:45 and pick up is at 3:00 (children not picked-up at 3, can be picked-up in general summer camp before 5:00) and for Half-Day Camps, AM drop off begins at 7:15 and PM drop off begins at 11:45.

I agree that the my child may no longer be able to attend due to behavior issues without a refund.

I agree that Sacred Heart is not responsible for any injuries that may occur at Sacred Heart

I give permission for Sacred Heart to use images of my child for any reasonable need.
