Thank you for joining our first ever Jubilee. We are so glad to have you a part of our festival.

This year will be the first year our church puts this on, but don't let that dismay you. We are a large family church who will be spending a lot of time advertising and marketing for this Jubilee. We are expecting our outreach and our attendance to be high, so we ask that everyone plan accordingly.
If you are familiar with Ypsilanti, you may know of the Ypsilanti Heritage fest- this event is just of the likes, minus the history.
We will be taking the vendor fee's to use towards the event in making it an all day family affair. There will be a kid's area with bounce houses, crafts, a stage for story time and various local authors to meet and greet with.
There will be alongside the car show, a few "blocks" of vendors, and a farmer's market area. There will be a large variety of food trucks creating a food court to keep our guest fed, and entertained in one area.
The event starts at 11:00 and ends at 6:30 P.M. 11:-12:30 will be focused on sensory (less noise, for our nuerodiverse community.)
You may begin check - in at 9:00 A.M at the welcome booth, where you will be given the location of your site, all vehicles are to be parked by 10:30, leaving all walk ways clear for the event to start. You may close up, but you may not take down prior to 6:30 P.M
You are asked to make sure all items are cleaned up and off the property by 8:00 P.M leaving the lot ready for Sunday church.
You are responsible for providing your own tent, table, and chairs.
You are responsible for the trash in your area, please help pick up and throw away litter to keep the grounds clean.
If you are a Junior vendor, Parents please make sure to SIGN with your children liability form. All Junior vendors must have an adult present at their booths.
This event is a rain or shine event, we have back up plans with two buildings, but understand it may not be as roomy, but we will make do.
Liability forms and payment must be received in order to obtain your spot number.
Payment is non refundable, unless there is another vendor to replace your spot.
