You will be learning all aspects of how to run a restaurant: this includes: cafe (front of the house) and kitchen (back of the house), inventory, selling, pricing, cooking, overall restaurnat management. You may choose which aspects you'd like to participate in. You MUST be able to commit to working a minumum of 1 day a week during afterschool program hours 3:30-5:30 ish.
