Hello Troop 437 Adults,
District has asked us to gather a list of our Merit Badge Counselors. We will be using this form to collect the information on our current counselors*, but would also like to take this opportunity to add more adults as Merit Badge Counselors.
There are over 130 Merit Badges - each with its own detailed guide on how to earn the badge. You don't need to be an expert to be a Merit Badge Counselor. For most badges, just an interest in the topic is all that is required - but you do need to be a Registered Leader in the Troop. You can learn about what it means to be a Merit Badge Counselor here:

*Current Merit Badge Counselors - Starting this Fall, Merit Badge Counselors will be entered into a National Database. To help ease the transition, we have an opportunity to bulk upload our list of counselors. After Dec 1, adults who were not uploaded will need to complete the Spirit of Adventure Council’s Merit Badge Counselor Application, have it signed by a member of the Key 3 and send it to the office. Save yourself the time and submit this form now :)
