This Cultural Tour is scheduled for October 10-15th, 2024.
The total cost is $650 which includes: 5 nights Lodging [most likely an apartment, house or rented rooms through Air BNB as it’s not legal for us to stay at a hotel from the US.] At times we all share a large House with separate rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are double occupancy. We use consideration when assigning shared spaces.
If you prefer to share with a travel partner, please advise upfront for arrangements to be made and note on the application.
This is a limited space group. Once capacity is reached, if requested, you will be placed on a waiting list. A deposit must be submitted to be placed on the waiting list.
Please advise IAB Consulting, LLC of your travel arrangements so that airport transportation in Havana, Cuba can be coordinated with the group to save time and money. You can contact our travel agent, Maureen Johnson at mjohnson@legacytravelntours.com. You can use your own travel agency if you prefer.

- Pick up from Airport/Transport to Lodging. Welcome Party [Meal and drinks [alcoholic and non alcoholic]

Daily Activities [may include historical sites, Capital, downtown Havana, Cultural Performance, museums fees, shopping stop, beach] **Please note** This includes lots of walking.
What NOT included:
- Your roundtrip airfare to Havana [You MUST ARRIVE BETWEEN 12-2pm. Departure will be 8am on Last Day of Trip] PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Notify any travel agents of this requirement. MUST USE "Support for the Cuban People" VISA and PERMITs to travel when booking flight. You will Save the Travel itinerary as proof if needed.
- Gratuities
- Cuba Travel Visa [$85]- this can change based on gov't regulations/air line fees, etc.
- Daily food- depending on what meals you eat or prefer [we have plenty of times check out different restaurants] Prices range between $5-$15 per meal.
- Nightlife Activities costs outside of tour [this may be taxis costs, entrance fees, etc]
Your first day will be time for you to get settled and take in Havana Air. There is plenty to do in Havana, great food, free options to explore, nightlife, site seeing and such.
In order to reserve your space, as this is a limited group, your non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100 is required. The FINAL payment plan is due by September 5th, 2024. No exceptions.Your travel arrangements are due to the Iab Consulting LLC 20 days prior to travel to secure airport transportation. Please see refund and cancellation policy on travel application.
Cancelation Terms
If canceling before August 5th, 2024 [60 days prior to travel) you will only receive a partial refund [Any payments made less the $100 Nonrefundable fee]. If canceling after August 5th, you will not receive a refund as all arrangements and reservations have been made on your behalf. NO Partial refunds will be given if chosen NOT to participate in any scheduled activities or due to travel changes. A completed and signed Travel Waiver included with this application along with my non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.
