Pricing:
There is no monthly fee associated, we only charge a percentage of the sales revenue we provide you:
For the first 6 months:
-10% fee for in-person courses
-25% fee for online courses

After 6 months:
-15% fee for in-person courses
-30% fee for online courses

Sales do not occur on Course Karma, our users are forwarded to your site to register. To track sales you will need to setup an affiliate link with cookies for 180 days (for more details visit: https://www.coursekarma.com/welcome/) .

Fees are charged monthly. If your affiliate dashboard does not automatically distribute payments, please send the amount owed within 14 days of month end. You may send payment via PayPal in USD. Our PayPal email address is hello@coursekarma.com. There is a 3% interest per month on unpaid fees.

Reviews:
Reviews are what our users love about Course Karma and how they choose which CE to take. Listings with reviews receive 8x as many visits and 10x as many redirects to register. When collecting reviews please adhere to the following:

-Email all attendees upon course completion asking them to write a review for your course on Course Karma

-Do not use positive review screening techniques (electronically or otherwise). For example, asking an attendee first if they enjoyed the course and then forwarding them to write a review on Course Karma.

-Do not submit testimonials or statements taken from feedback forms as reviews on Course Karma. Reviews can only be submitted by the dentists attending. Please see the Community Guidelines section on our website for more details.

Course Price:
The price listed on Course Karma must be the same or less than the course price advertised on your site.

Course Karma reserves the right to flag, suspend or remove a course and course provider who does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
