Help us tell the great stories of downtown employees! During the month of June, we will feature employee spotlights on our
website,
LinkedIn page and our June member newsletter. Plus, all of the nominated employees will be eligible to win a variety of prizes donated by our downtown businesses. We will do a drawing for all of the nominated employees during Employee Appreciation Week.
The deadline for submission is May 28, 2024.
The nominator can be a supervisor, owner, another employee, customer or even yourself.
To make the spotlight complete, we will need a photo of the employee. Please email it to melanie@downtownboulder.org.
The criteria is simple: what makes this employee special? You can use the following prompts as a guide, but we simply want to know what makes this person shine in the workplace.
- Do they align with your company values? Are there specific behaviors or actions that you would like to recognize?
- Do they contribute to your business goals and objectives?
- How is the quality of their work?
- Do they demonstrate exceptional customer service? Share an example.
- Are they a great collaborator and participant on the team?
- How about their commitment to personal growth?
