A collaborative competition for language learning! We have three languages planned that participants will learn together for the entire month, however they see fit: Arabic, Greek, and Indonesian (the languages offered were based off of a preliminary survey we took gauging interest).
Linguistics Topic Workshops (Wednesdays at 7pm EST) *
There will be weekly lecture-style workshops on various linguistics topics such as historical linguistics, morphology, syntax, phonology and phonetics, and more. Kahoot/Gimkit topics will be hosted alongside each workshop! Timing may be changed for international participants.

Social Circles (July 1st and 31st) *
Connect with other high schoolers interested in linguistics on gather.town. These social sessions will be open for participants to discuss a linguistics-related topic or chat in a language other than English, and make new friends along the way!
