PATC Cabin Advanced Reservation Request
Any reservation booked between 61 and 365 days in advance of the start of the rental period is subject to advanced reservation rules and rates. Remember that standard reservations can be placed online within 60 days of the rental period. 

Advanced reservation policy distinctions include:
  1. Three-night minimum required
  2. Rental rate is twice that of standard reservations
  3. Strict cancellation policy with steeper penalty (i.e. refunds are never greater than half the rental fee)
To ensure that guests are aware of these policy distinctions, advanced reservations are only accepted by phone. Anyone interested in booking an advanced reservation should submit this form and a volunteer will call you, most likely midday on the next Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. This submission qualifies only as an expression of interest and does not guarantee a reservation.

Cabins that appear in all capital letters are members-only, meaning that the Renter of Record must be an active member through the duration of the rental period in order to reserve that cabin. Membership can be purchased or renewed at the time of booking.
