Rostering *
This event is USA Ultimate sanctioned which means every team must have a background checked chaperone and every player must be rostered.  Players can pay a $17 one time event fee instead of getting a full membership (though we would prefer full membership).  Therefore, your team manager must do the following:  On the team administration page, click Register for Events.  Choose "Coconut Classic" which can be searched under New Jersey.  You must then create an event roster while adding a certified chaperone first.  Here is a step by step guide:   https://play.usaultimate.org/assets/1/7/Event_Registration_and_Rostering_2016-1-28.pdf
Payment *

Accepted Teams *
Teams are being accepted on the next date listed on the event site.  Teams must have completed the 3 registration items which is 1) This Form, 2) Check or Paypal Payment and 3) Online Event Roster started with Chaperone (even if all players are not filled in yet, Chaperone must be in there)
