Photographer Inquiry for Kokorokon 2022
Photographers who plan on attending Kokorokon and booking paid photoshoots with attendees will need to purchase a photographer badge. ​This includes paid photoshoots both within the convention space and outside on the property. A photographer badge cost $40 and will grant you access to the convention and it's events (excluding VIP events) as well as the rights to book paid photoshoots with attendees of the convention and advertise your rates on our social media pages.

We can also list you on our website under official photographers along with your rates and website/social links for attendees to check out and book you.

I understand that by submitting this form and securing my Photographer badge I must also read the conventions general policies and badge policies.

I agree to not book private photoshoots in private areas of the convention such as restrooms, or busy walkways. I also agree not to book photoshoots within the clients hotel room unless mutually agreed upon between me and my client. I agree to provide the services requested of me by my client and to communicate clearly with them both before, during, and after the convention.

I will not take inappropriate photos of the client or attendees, and I will remove photos taken upon request by the client, attendees, or convention staff if asked. I agree that cosplay is not consent, and will not lay hands on any person in or out of cosplay. I also state I have read and understand the conventions general policies found on the website, and will treat those around me with respect.
