CIC's Youth Leadership Council
Creating Positive Change Through Leadership & Service

Comprised of high school students who work together to support CIC's overall mission of preventing youth substance use, YLC members will take part in a variety of activities that support their communities and their schools. There are opportunities for leadership training and participation in a national conference in Washington DC. Community service hours can be earned for attending meetings and participating in events.
