The Material Engineering Technical Division (MaTD) of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia is keen to welcome all members of IEM to join the Division to promote and advance the science and profession of material engineering. The Division is aimed to advocate importance of material engineering as an interdisciplinary engineering field and to foster the involvement of its members in national as well as international activities related to material engineering.

Members of IEM who are interested to contribute towards these objectives are invited to register with the Division by fulfilling requirements below.

Membership Requirements:
1. The candidate for admission into the Division must be an active member of IEM.
2. Member of IEM in any grade and any discipline shall register to become the member of Division.
3. No extra membership fees shall be payable upon registration with the Division.
