Hey there! Thanks so much for your interest in taking part in our new running club. Join us on Thursday 2nd May for a social run! We have some experienced runners helping lead and set up the route but all are welcome. The first couple of meetings have seen us have around 50-70 runners so we will have a number of routes and options for all levels and abilities. Our plan for May is to have a chilled, flat 5km with two groups, a mid-size trail around 7km and a longer 10km.

Please read the disclaimer below and confirm your attendance with this form so we can keep track of numbers ahead of the evening. This will also allow you to claim your free drink after the run which we will have on offer a selection of beers, alcohol-free and sodas, sponsored by different brewers each month.

You can register through this form during the day but advance registration will help us prepare with our staff, run volunteers and routes.

Please invite your friends, all runners (and non-runners) welcome! We look forward to having a beer and a chat afterwards.

Should you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail at guildford@kerrera-bar.co.uk

Guildford Kerrera Running Club - PLEASE READ!
The Mikkeller Running Club Guildford exists purely to offer an opportunity for like-minded runners to exercise together in a group and make social connections.

The club is operated by Kerrera Bar Ltd with the help of experienced runners. Neither Kerrera Bar Ltd nor those leading and/or organising club runs accept any responsibility for any events, including injuries, that occur at the club. Those organising club runs may or may not have taken any training/coaching.

All attendees should consider the club as an informal gathering of people who will run together in a loosely structured format.

Every person attending the club must take full and complete responsibility and liability for their own actions. Know your limits.

If you have any medical conditions that could affect you, it’s your responsibility to make the club aware of these.

If you feel dizzy, faint or unwell it’s your responsibility to stop exercising and to notify other runners of this.

If you stop mid-session you must not go home without notifying the session leader.

It’s your decision alone whether or not you are fit and able to run with the club. If you are unsure consult your physician. We recommend that you can run at least 5k comfortably.

The person/people leading the session reserves the right to refuse to let you run with the group.

The minimum age that we can accept of Running Club participants is 18.

Appropriate clothing and footwear for running must be worn. You should dress appropriately for the weather and for the lighting conditions.
