Deposit (or administrative fee) refunds may be allowed as an exception for newly admitted students.

It can be the case if you were not granted a visa or if governmental regulations prevent you from coming on site for the next intake and an entry deferral to the following intake is not a suitable option.

Please complete all sections below conscientiously, in particular the reasons of your request, since the decision committee will need as much insight as possible.

Refunds are not granted automatically. First, all requests must be reviewed and then an email notification informing you about the decision will be sent.
