Set-up Time / Call Time: *Will vary depending on where you are placed to volunteer - You will be contacted via email post-registration*.

FESTIVAL HOURS SATURDAY: 10am - 8pm

SUNDAY: 10am - 6pm 

Load-out /Pack down time will be from 8:30pm-10:30pm on Saturday and 6:30pm-8:30pm on Sunday.

  AS A VOLUNTEER:

- You will be provided with a FESTIVAL HAORI. We advise that you wear this all weekend possibly over the top of a plain white t-shirt or single long sleeve/or short sleep. This is so that you are warm and also can be easily recognized as a volunteer once you are needed. 

- You will get a lunch voucher each day.

- You will receive a $75 Anime House Gift Voucher per day volunteered ($150 for both days) that you can use solely at any Anime House branches.

- Bottled water will be available throughout the day.

Note: We will need a handful of people who are interested in leadership to help with administration. If you are in high school and you would like to be part of this we will need a letter from your High School for this, as you might be able to use it for cross-credit the following year. Please talk to your teachers and see if this is something that is possible. If you can’t get cross-credit, you can still be part of the admin team but we will still need a letter from your teacher.

Please understand that you may not get placed where you want. But, we will try.
