Exploring Recovery for Women

Facilitated by Claire Flavell-Kemp this workshop is designed for women in recovery from emotional distress or harm from alcohol or other drugs. It focuses on navigating the unique challenges women face and building tools for empowerment. Together, participants will explore ways to strengthen their recovery journey and overcome barriers.

When: Fri 13th June from 10am to 1pm

Anyone who lives, or works, in Counties Manukau is eligible to attend this free Recovery College NZ workshop.
