This form is available both to individuals and to those administrators who manage onboarding for the employees who do not have computer workstations. For each new month, please answer the below questions to make sure we are offering our sessions at times that are useful for our new staff members.

If they choose to attend an in-person session, we are using this form to keep track. Walk-ins are welcome, but if no RSVPs are received for a given training the session may be canceled.
