Purposes for such use could include for example, publicity, print, digital and television advertising as well as features in the 2024 Parade of Homes Official Program and summitparadeofhomes.com.

I grant SCBA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the photograph for promotional and editorial purposes, including but not limited to featuring it on the magazine cover, website, social media, and related materials.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCBA, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the photography provided for my entry.

I certify that I have permission to share the photography and have the full right and authority to submit it to SCBA for the purpose of the 2024 Parade of Homes event. I acknowledge that the best efforts will be made to include photo credit, but is not guaranteed for all uses of image.
