注意事項
1.ツアーの中には2泊分の交通費が含まれておりません。夕食と朝食は宿泊プランに含まれております。
2.参加最大人数は8名です。尚、参加人数が4名に満たない場合はツアーの催行はありません。18日前までにツアー催行可否のご連絡をいたします。
3.ツアー内容は状況により変更となります。ツアーガイドの指示に従ってください。
4.荷物は箱根湯本駅にて「キャリーサービス」のご利用を推奨しております。
5.キャンセル料：14日前～2日前70％、前日～当日：100％
6.お食事の時間は固定でございます。
7.このツアーは二泊三日です。
8.こちらのフォームへ入力いただいた時点で予約完了となりません。予約の流れについては「予約の流れ」をご確認ください。
precautions
1.The tour does not include transportation  for two nights. Dinner and breakfast are included in the accommodation plan.
2.The maximum number of participants is 8. We will notify you at least 18 days prior to the tour if the tour will go ahead or not.
3.Tour content is subject to change depending on conditions. Please follow the tour guide's instructions.
4.We recommend that you use the "Carry-on Service" at Hakone-Yumoto Station for your luggage.
5.Cancellation fee: 14 days to 2 days prior to the event: 70%; the day before to the day of the event: 100%.
6.Meal times are fixed.
7.This tour is three days and two nights.
8.Reservation is not completed when you fill out this form. Please refer to the "Reservation Process" for more information about the reservation process.
予約の流れ
 予約の流れは以下の通りとなります。ご確認くださいませ。
①ツアーガイド付き宿泊プラン予約フォームへ内容をご入力いただきます。
②当館で内容を確認し、お電話またはメールにて予約内容をご連絡いたします。予約金として10,000円のクレジットカード決済をお願いいたします。
③宿泊日18日前までに、ツアー催行可否のご連絡をお電話またはメールでいたします。ツアー不催行の場合は予約金10,000円は返金いたします。
　催行の場合は、残金をクレジットカード決済いただきます。
④ツアーガイド付き宿泊プランの催行確定となります。
Reservation Flow
 The reservation process is as follows. Please confirm the following.
(1) Please fill in the information on the Tour Guided Accommodation Plan Reservation Form.
(2) The hotel will confirm the details of your reservation and contact you by phone or e-mail. Please make a credit card payment of 10,000 yen as a reservation deposit.
(3)We will contact you by phone or e-mail at least 18 days prior to the tour date to let you know whether the tour will be held or not. If the tour is not held, the 10,000 yen deposit will be refunded.
　If the tour is held, the balance will be paid by credit card.
(4) The tour guide and accommodation plan will be confirmed.
ご料金は以下の通りです。        
大人80,000円、小人60,000円     (税込み)

■料金には以下の内容が含まれております。  
・2泊分のご宿泊代(夕食、朝食含む)        
・2泊分の入湯税        
・昼食代   
・ツアーガイド料金        

■以下の内容は料金に含まれておりません。
・交通費(1名様あたり2日間でおおよそ8,000円ほどとなります。箱根フリーパスの購入をおすすめします)  
・その他ツアーや宿滞在中に発生した費用

The fee for this tour is as follows:    
1 adult for 80,000 yen, and 1 child for 60,000 yen.    (Tax included.)
       
The fee includes the following:
two nights' accommodation (including dinner and breakfast),
spa tax for 2 nights,
Lunch,
and tour guide fee.

The following items are not included in the fee.
Transportation. (Approximate cost per person will be about 8,000 yen for 2 days. We recommend purchasing a Hakone Free Pass) 
Other expenses incurred during the tour and stay at the inn.
