(TLS) TheLastSnag General Helper - Application

The following application is to help us find the specific type of person we are looking for. It is for those that have the following:

- A deep, passionate love and knowledge of the Avatar The Last Airbender series, The Legend of Korra series, or preferably both. (It's fine if you've only seen one of the series, but knowledge of both shows is preferred.)
- That same passion and love for wanting to see the show made into a perfect live-action film adaptation.
- Someone who knows our what our "main project" of the website is, believes in our project and wants it to become a reality, and in order to do so really wants to see our website and social media pages become popular and do well.
- Someone who is detail-oriented.
- Someone who can work independently without having to have someone constantly over their shoulder making sure that they get their work done. That has a strong sense to take the initiative and still work on your job/tasks even if we don't contact you for a week or two.
- Someone who will stay in contact with the owners (long term) and constantly provide reports on their specific responsibilities.
- Someone who can not only work well on their own and get their job done but is also a team player and can work well with others.
- Willingness to be humble and teachable.

- Future characteristics will be added as team members join and the websites grow.

TLS General Helper Description

Please read everything as you will be held accountable to this contract!

As a general helper, this means you want to get involved with helping to work on the design, advertising, blogging, or just some aspect of making the website better. For this, we thank you! You are the lifeblood of our project.

As a general helper, we will have you fill out this application to help give us an idea of your personality and skills and where you could best help with the website. Once a role is picked, we will provide further details and training about that role and give you any necessary access/permissions needed to work on that part of the website.

(* Dan and Marcel reserve the right to hire or fire anyone at anytime for any reason without having to give a reason. 9/10 a reason will be provided but as owners of this project, they reserve the right to hire and fire at will to develop their ideal team.)

There is a hierarchy of command when joining the TLS team. Who your boss is (it might be yourself who knows) will be decided depending on your application assessment.

I (Dan) and Marcel are the owners of the everything. The website, the social pages, the script that we work on and write. Our word is final no if and or buts. We then have a chain of command below us that will be further explained in the training powerpoint. Don't worry little aribender, don't let all this professional words and talk scare you. It won't be that hard and we will have a lot of fun and find ways to occasionally reward our team. We look forward to your application and can't wait to have you join the team!

~ Roles and Responsibilities ~

TLS General Helper(s):

General helpers will be assessed and put into a role. If no "Major Role" is applicable, then general helpers will be asked to help with small tasks like moderating the forum/chat rooms, coming up with ideas for advertising or other general ideas to improve the website, Monitoring/managing a social media site, or other small tasks that will be decided in the future.
