Due to COVID-19 pandemia, the training will take place online (google meet) on January 19th and 20th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
On those days the programme will only include interactive activities, some best practices in the field of "Nutrition related to acquired disabily" will be presented and discussed, while all seminars and speaches have been recordered and will be available trough the Youtube ENNEADI channel after the resistrtion through the present form.

Information provided, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), to those who participate in events, demonstrations and / or initiatives promoted, organized and implemented by Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna.

Purposes and methods of processing
The data being processed will be processed without the prior consent of the interested party in accordance with the provisions of art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Furthermore, the data may be processed to subscribe you to the mailing list (newsletter) which allows you to receive, automatically and free of charge via e-mail, communication of subsequent initiatives of an institutional nature (e.g. invitation to other University events; request to join other projects of research).
We inform you that the event may be the subject of audio-video footage and recordings. The data subject to processing, including images, filming and audio / video recordings (hereinafter, the "Images"), even in partial and / or modified or adapted form, made during the event will be processed in full compliance with the Code regarding the protection of personal data.
The data will be processed, also with the aid of electronic means, by persons specifically appointed for institutional, research, cultural and educational purposes, for the University's dissemination and communication activities, as well as for the purposes referred to in art. 4 of the D.R. 271/2009.
The images collected will be stored, also in electronic form and on any technological support for the purposes and within the limits defined above and may be disseminated pursuant to Law no. 150/2000 on institutional sites as well as through social network channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube by way of example but not limited to). The use of the images does not give the right to any compensation.
Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna has the right to access or disclose user images without any consent, by virtue of art. 97 of the law n. 633/1941. In any case, it is excluded pursuant to the aforementioned article and pursuant to art. 10 of the Civil Code, any use of the Images that may harm the honor, reputation or decorum of the person portrayed, filmed or registered.

Data retention period
The data will be stored by Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, in accordance with the principles set out in art. 5 of EU regulation 679/2016, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes and with specific regard to the conservation limitation principle referred to in art. 5, lett. e), EU regulation 679/2016.

Nature of the data
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data makes it impossible to register and therefore to participate in the event.
Refusal to provide data for the newsletter service makes it impossible to obtain the same (eg the inability to inform and involve the data subject in future activities).
If you do not want to be the subject of audio-video footage and / or dissemination of images, you must not participate in the event.

Rights of the interested party
The subjects to whom the personal data refer enjoy the rights referred to in sections 2, 3 and 4 of chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
In particular, they have the right to ask the data controller for: access to personal data and correction, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing that concerns them, opposition to their processing and data portability.
They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests should be addressed to the Manager indicated above.
