Thank you for participating in this survey administered by Shaping Health Equity, Inc. We are seeking participants for our SHE Lives Project. SHE Lives is a two-year project that seeks to engage cis-gender  women of color who are either living with and/or at increased risk for HIV by providing mental health counseling, sexual health education and supportive social services. The selected women will be provided an opportunity to share their personal lived experience through storytelling and photovoice. Both platforms will nurture the self-image of each participant, educate the community, and reduce the stigma surrounding HIV and sexual health.
