Real Wedding Submission Form
  • Please use this form to submit a Real Wedding to be featured on Pennsylvania Weddings' Blog. (not print!)
  • Submission Tips + FAQs
  • Submission forms must be completely filled out.
  • Preference is given to submissions that follow instructions by including both vendor websites + instagram links. 
  • We do accept weddings that have been featured on other publications but from outside of PA and on a case by case basis, depending on the wedding, the couple and their story.
  • We do not accept Google Drive or DropBox transfers. You will need to send us a link to the gallery for us to review and pick images from.
  • When featuring weddings we like to have a variety of shots including getting ready for both couples, bridal parties (if applicable), details: stationery, shoes, jewelry, Ceremony, Reception details and of course couples portraits! 
  • Please be detailed in your submission writeup. Tell us about the couple and then give us the low down on the wedding day. If the bride's uncle walked her down the aisle- tell us! If they did something special during the ceremony- tell us! You get the idea!
  • If there was a videographer involved, please send us in their video OR provide us with their contact information for us to reach out for it. 
  • If picked, your submission will typically be posted within a 6 month timeframe. Sometimes this may be less, sometimes it may be a bit more depending on our backlog, season, etc. We will always let you know and estimated date!
  • Yes, we do have badges and even our logos for you to show off your feature!
  • Please do not have couples email us about their submissions. We suggest not telling them until their submission has been picked. 
  • We hide like counts on the Instagram Posts. We do not want Any couple to start comparing or feel like their feature didn't get enough "likes" over someone else.
  • Weddings that are located in Bucks County and are selected for feature, have the opportunity to be cross posted on our sister site, Bucks County Wedding Guide.
