Registration cost is $250 per person for OTA Members.  (Haven't paid your 2021 membership yet?  Instructions for payment can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ccLssfsibGieUwX2ynVzCDrOKezbpIUb/view?usp=sharing).

Please complete this form for each individual you will be registering for the conference.  An email with information to access Socio and the full virtual conference will be provided as we get closer to the event on April 6th.

Payments can be grouped, no need to send checks for each registrant.  Please use the following instructions for mailing a check.
