To facilitate refunds, please fill out the form below. Refund procedures started on March 30. Refund requests need to be submitted no later than May 15. Due to the volume of refunds that need to be processed, it may take up to 8 weeks to complete all refunds. We are doing everything we can to expedite this process and appreciate your patience.
