Come join us for a free Voyageur Paddling tour. This is open to our members as well as members of the public just wanting to check us out. We will head out for about a 1 hour paddling excursion in the big canoes. All equipment is provided. 

Please come dressed for the weather with shoes that can get wet if necessary and a spare change of warm clothes in your car just in case! But don't be afraid, our big 10 person voyageur canoers are very stable and will be steered by a certified leader. You may want to arrive a few minutes early as you will be required to sign a waiver of claims and liability before coming out on the water. 

The event is free but if you like it you may decide to join our club for the year!

The next day is our Learn to Paddle Course (RCABC Basic Tandem Lakewater) is from 9am - 4pm. If you are interested in joining as a club member for the season you will likely want to attend that course. If so registration is through our website:  https://www.thompsonriverpaddlers.net/join-trip/
