Any sound equipment used needs to be put away correctly, if there are any problems with any of the equipment used, please advise
admin@danceworks.co.nz.
Any damage to the sound equipment will be charged to the hirer.
Please ensure you finish your hireage on time as there may be someone booked in after you.
Studio should be left tidy and any rubbish is to be disposed of correctly in the bins provided. If extra cleaning is required this will be charged to the hirer.
Studio lights need to be turned off and the studio needs to be locked up correctly at the completion of the hireage (you will be emailed a form with this information). This is extremely important, should it be found the studios were not locked up correctly this may jeopardise future hireage.
Studio key will be returned to the correct lock box on the outside of the building once hireage is complete. (If keys are lost or not returned you will be charged for a replacement key)
Studio Hire costs are
$20.00 per half-hour
$40 per hour
Full payment is required by the hireage date into the following bank account with name and Studio Hire as a reference please. DanceWorks 2021 Ltd account 06-0746-0734297-00
