Due to the changes in programming and the precautions in place this school year we are asking everyone who participates in weekly programming to register, which means you simply need to fill out this form. We want to make sure we plan to have a large enough space to distance where we can, at least for now and we also will need to make sure we have enough staff, and supplies to accommodate each child. Our presumptive start date will be in mid September (hopefully September 9), and we will release more information about that as we get a plan in place.

We will be
*setting up sanitization stations
*offering and wearing masks where appropriate
*sanitizing surfaces before and after programming
*limiting classes to only interacting with each other
*practicing social distancing where it is appropriate
*offering some online programming
*pausing group singing
*preparing individual craft supplies, legos, playdough, etc for each child to use this fall in order to limit exposure
*offering prepackaged snacks and drinks where appropriate
*offering premade plates at meal times
*offering a monthly take home pack starting in September for families who are not yet comfortable with in person activities (you must sign up for this in advance)

We plan to offer programming from 4:00-6:00pm on Wednesday nights for children 2-4 (Trinity Tots), Kinder-Third (K-3), and 4-6th grade (Club 456)

In addition to this form, each child will also need a signed Covid waver and a release form
